So What’s Been Done About It?
We’ve watched peers complain, publish open letters to OEMs & decision-makers, and exact other forms of communication hoping to force or inspire change, but nothing has resulted in the desired change or improvement. So Exempts, particularly startups & entrepreneurs continue making due, banging on doors for access or settling for what’s offered if unable to go without which is typically means they receive what’s used or was given minimal effort.
Regardless of how LOUD the scream is, when NO ONE Acknowledges you, nothing is heard, so nothing can change. Not sure about you, but we’ve got too much brain to beg for recognition or inclusion. We’ve built a career and decades of volunteerism by creating something from nothing, often with nothing to start, always showing others how to do the same.
